AP US and Reading
I am going to start posting to it regularly. I never do, but maybe things will be different this time. Ha, I doubt it. Anyway, quite a bit has happened since my last post. I took my AP US test yesterday. I spent the majority of Thursday night watching a DVD about the presidents - I only made it up to Teddy. I think that it definitely helped my on my test, although I suspect that I will end up retaking the test in the future. I should have studied more, but I never can bring myself to do that. I don't know why, it isn't as if I have anything better to do.
I've also decided that I am going to start reading again. I have neglected that for quite a while and so I've purchased/asked for a number of books lately, most of them dealing with science - string theory in particular. I read Parallel Worlds by Michio Kaku and I must say that it was really good. It provided a nice overview of cosmology up until the present, talked about String Theory and the more comprehensive M-Theory, and finished up with some conjectures about how we may possible escape our universe far in the future. It was very interesting, to say the least.
